Keeton Coffman is a songwriter who evokes melodic styles and passionate lyricism reminiscent of Amos Lee, David Gray, and Bruce Springsteen. Coffman’s songs capture the imagination while weaving a melodic trail, into the soul. “Recording these songs was a form of ‘musical therapy’ for me,” says Coffman. And you hear it in each one on Coffman’s collection released August 2014 titled, “The Ghost”. The album delivers, where heartache, meets with surrender, with hopeful eyes toward the horizon. Nick Shaheen is an engaging example of why folk music in the vein of Van Morrison, Dave Matthews, and Bob Dylan thrives today. The genre is emergent with up and coming artists, and is becoming even more relevant in the present day. Nick Shaheen “State Song” reveals a rising influence of truthful expression in a poignant appearance on the 12 song “Artists To Watch 2015”.
“State Song” demonstrates deliberate lyrical rhythms over a mix of bluegrass, folk and busker-style country. Nick Shaheen is a native of the Detroit suburb of Sterling Heights. Shaheen toyed with music a bit in his teens and early 20’s but admits to not committing to songwriting up until 2009, when he crafted a tune rather out of the blue that he couldn’t shake. After relocating to Chicago, Shaheen met up with those that would make up his backing band through Open Mic performances and connections at Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music.
Memphis Belle burst onto the scene in a colorful musical affair with a consummate lead vocal led by Wisconsin-native Mary Kay Maas who is based out of Asturias, Spain. Her worldly band surrounds her on the recordings, implementing acoustic and electric vibes, sweet piano lulls, and a harmonica that enchants and adventures through Adult Contemporary, Vintage, and Soul Pop. Big Fuss Records is excited to introduce Memphis Belle to the world at large with their latest single, “Lashes” for “Artists To Watch 2015“. The group has been together since 2011 and in November 2014, they released their first self-titled EP “Memphis Belle”.
King Coral was formed in 2014. The group has just released their first EP and Big Fuss Records is proud to feature their single titled “Do You Feel” for Artists To Watch 2015.
King Coral produces songs that tell great stories and that engage the thoughts and emotions of fans and listeners. The group consists of Jaimze the singer songwriter and Matt Taylor as producer, recording engineer and multi-instrumentalist. The bands unique sound goes back to the late 1960s and early 1970s and effectively captures the musical exuberance of that time.
Allison Cherise is highly regarded for her golden voice that could woo the darkest and harshest critics into grand musical love. Her first and favorite style of music was a cappella vocals. Her father was a Jazz/Scat singer in and around Michigan. Allison was the mere age of 11 when her father would bring her into clubs as he performed while she watched, and listened, and eventually would sing.
Allison’s vocal style has been compared to artists like Roberta Flack, Tracy Chapman and Phoebe Snow. Although, none truly describes the absolutely unique and beautiful artistic vocal qualities of this gifted singer/songwriter.

Ronny North plays his own signature brand of instrumental guitar rock. He performs, gets radio airplay and sells his music all over the world. Ronny North was selected at Big Fuss Records as an Artist To Watch for 2015, for his single “Into The Grey”. The song is a melodic transporting track that is easy to listen to and especially engaging.
Ronny North has been featured in music publications worldwide and his music has been used in several TV and movie productions including the MTV Real World reality show.
Netty Mac’s musical success is a perfect example of the popular saying that, “dreams do come true”. Netty Mac is a hard working and entertaining Canadian Artist that brings a strong energetic and rock-country style to the songs she composes and performs. Chaser Eight is a melodic, alternative rock outfit that released their first studio LP, Chaser Eight, February 17, 2015. The group owns their own style of bluesy expressive vocals, with textured guitar, and a dynamic rhythm section. Recently, Chaser Eight was selected as Big Fuss Records Artist To Watch for 2015 for their original track “Major and Minor”. The group is inspired by Joan Jett, Foo Fighters and Alanis Morissette. Chaser Eight writes moody guitar driven songs and is led by *AUDRA*, who has been singing since the age of ten. She has a soulful and original sound that is her own. *AUDRA* and Chaser Eight guitarist Pat Walsh, have been writing songs together for some time, and released their first EP, “Late Night Companions”, in 2012 followed by two EPs: “Up and Up” and “At the 426″ in 2013.
Cloud Hex is an Australian Artist/Producer who was recently selected as a Big Fuss Records Artist To Watch 2015, for the single “When”. The song is a likable dreamy mix that blends synth with organic electronic sounds for a result that is an inviting mix of pop and electronica.
Cloud Hex is comprised of Australian guitarist/producer Luke Outram. Luke often features various studio friends who lend their talents to the Cloud Hex melodious productions. Luke’s musical influences are wide and varied and this is reflected in the broad mix of styles that makes up the Cloud Hex body of work.
